Monument Valley Day Off

Big day. Planned weeks ago. Careful preparations. Much anticipation.Execution, not so much.

Got there about when we wanted. Sun was right. Clouds that were a gift from God. Sapphire sky. Didn’t feel like making the drive through. I shot all my stuff from the highway and from the visitor center balcony. In no particular order.

You had beautiful cloud filled skies and your photos are awesome. Living on the Navajo Nation, I have been there several times, but never with such a beautiful sky. Once I got there at night only to wake the next morning to a total white out! Could not see a thing!! I’m looking forward to your next stop.

I was there before about 10 years ago and got some better photos. No clouds, unfortunately. This time we stayed close to the visitor’s center, and I took mostly videos.
