Barcelona Eats

One thing I like about traveling is getting out to see how other people live. And eat. American shopping tends to be boringly pre-packaged. We do have our farmer’s markets, and I have photographed some. But nobody does it here on the scale I’ve found on my travels. Spain is no exception. Here is a taste of Barcelona, not your run of the mill Spanish hick town.

Those are just your street side vendors. For the real thing, you need to go to someplace like Mercat St. Josep La Boqueria.

If you can’t find what you want at one of these places, then your aren’t really hungry.

About John Blanton

I'm a retired engineer living in San Antonio, Texas. I have served in the Navy, raced motorcycles, taken scads of photos and am usually a nice guy. I have political and religious opinions, and these opinions tend to be driven by an excess of observed stupidity. Gross stupidity is the supposed target of many of my posts.
